A Little History on Me, "Alan Dayes"

I have been an area resident for over 30 years and a realtor for 25 of those years. During that time I have listed and sold over 1100 pieces of real estate. I am a past President of the NORTH BAY REAL ESTATE BOARD, have served a six-year appointment on the Committee of Adjustment for the City of North Bay, and currently I am President of the Northern Ontario Brokers Council for CENTURY 21 CANADA.
My wife, Pat, is the senior Mortgage Consultant for Mortgage Alliance Company of Canada and she works along beside me in real estate.
One of the best barometers of a person's credibility comes from the people with whom they have worked. For me that includes the 1100 real estate deals I have brokered and the numerous professionals that I deal with on a regular basis.
